Entrevista - Brandon Flowers - O Music Awards

Veja a entrevista logo abaixo:

Mas eu diria que "Joseph,Better You Than Me" é o meu favorito.

Me senti obrigado a ajudar de alguma forma.

A canção deste ano é chamada de "The Cowboy's Christmas Ball".

The Next One Living - Música e Letra

BAIXE

The Next One Living

Say baby what you wanna say
You seem so sure about it
No longer well affected I’m afraid
What you gonna do about it
It’s all dependin’ on what you are and what you are not

This one’s given to the next one livin’ one
This one’s given to the next forgiven one
This one’s given to the next one livin’ one
This one’s given to the next forgiven

Well cry baby do it every day
There is no cure without it
Oh baby this affection’s out of phase
What you gonna do about it
It’s all dependin’ on what you are and what you are not

This one’s given to the next one livin’ one
This one’s given to the next forgiven one
This one’s given to the next one livin’ one
This one’s given to the next forgiven

Well I got tired feelin’ covered up in shame
A long time left without it
Walk for miles and covered in the rain
But your truth’s alone and born in conflict
It’s all dependin’ on what you are and what you are not

This one’s given to the next one livin’ one
This one’s given to the next forgiven one
This one’s given to the next one livin’ one
This one’s given to the next forgiven

It’s all dependin’ on what you are and what you are not

This one’s given to the next one livin’ one
This one’s given to the next forgiven one
This one’s given to the next one livin’ one
This one’s given to the next forgiven

Ouça o novo single do Flamingo: On The Floor

Novo single do CD Flamingo de Brandon Flowers foi lançado, On The Floor que é b-side de Crossfire, baixe aqui.

Confira a letra da música:

[Lyrics] On the Floor

When the lights go down in the city
Getting real low
Settling in my room, im unnoticed
When the still comes in through the window
Letting me go
I feel a calm, come over me, on the floor

On the floor

where the rats all come away clean
They’re on the floor
Where the children all stomped and screamed
Straight out the door
Well i find my self on my knees
Begging please
When the lights go down in the city
And everyone goes to their room
Walking the trail
To dreamland

When the lights go down in the city
Something is roaring
I find myself
Waiting to believe

On the floor

Where the mice call shots
In the corner that’s where ill be
When the crickets come home and sing their symphony
Well I find myself on my knees

Begging please

On the floor
facing the things i’ve done
here on the floor
where the years have gathered and run
that’s where I’ll be
and I find myself on my knees

Begging please
